With Oil Condition Sensor – Gill 4212-PK-048-D that was installed easily, oil condition and temperature of oil are followed up continuously. The sensor detects small and large particles in machines thus detects malfunction and gives a warning. It provides planning that maintenance and repair against contaminations and abrasions, with its real-time monitoring property. The oil condition sensor measures iron pollution and its temperature in the hydraulic oil and transmission, especially the gears.
Gill oil sensor has operating temperature between -40 °C and +150 °C degrees. Output current of the sensor is 4-20 mA and its output voltage ise 0-10 V. It has 4 channels of measurement outputs for current and voltage. Supply voltage of the sensor is 9-32 VDC. The sensor belongs to IP66 / IP68/ IP69K protection classes and enclosure belongs to IP65 protection class. It has 57 x ø24.5mm sizes and enclosure has 55 x 30 x 12mm sizes.
