GVB351CAB Bidirectional Contactor

GVB351CAB Bidirectional Contactor of Gigavac makes switch to the current by two directions. Directional contactors make switch when current goes from positive to negative while in bidirectional contactors make switch in both direction. The contactor can install any positions and it has coil suppression technique. With in its suppression gas, the contactor interrupts high faults thus it inhibits oxidation. As the contactor generate low heat, it provides high efficiency. It is preferred in battery powered systems.

• The contactor has 1000V rated voltage and 500A nominal current.
• Its dual coils have 12, 24 or 48 VDC continuous power.
• Operating ambient temperature range is from -55˚C to +85˚C degrees.
• Storage ambient temperature range is from -70˚C to +150˚C degrees.
• The contactor appropriate MIL-STD-810 standards for durability against vibrations and dashs.
• It belongs to IP67 and IP69K protection classes about seal property.
• In 1000V it has maximum break current ±500A.
