High Power Relays / Finder 67 Series

High power relays has various field areas in many industries. Since the control of high current circuits is very important, the high voltage relay has started as using in many areas. For an instance , they are frequently used in fuses, alarm systems, electrical applications. We can have an idea about the usage areas by examining the types and usage purposes of the relay.

Commonly used relays are as follows:

  • High Power Relays
  • Thermal relay
  • Solid State Relay
  • Leakage relay
  • Timer Relay
  • Motor (Phase) Protection Relay
  • Reed Relay

Excessive voltage rise will damage the motors, and insufficient supply voltages will prevent the motors from working. In case the voltage supplying the motors exceeds or falls below a certain value, relays cut the energy of the motor and deactivate the motor.

When the voltage applied to asynchronous motors exceeds 10%, the heat generated in the windings increases. This is also undesirable and damage to the engine. To prevent this, an relay is used to turn on the circuit in cases where the voltage exceeds 10%.
