Pressure Sensor Danfoss

Pressure Sensor Danfoss

The compact OEM pressure transmitter programme is designed for use in severe hydraulic applications. The programme consists of two series: • MBS 1200 – without integrated pulse-snubber • MBS 1250 – with integrated pulse-snubber The integrated pulse-snubber offers a high degree of protection against cavitations and liquid hammer, and the well thought out design results in excellent vibration stability and an exceptional robustness. The high degree of EMI protection equips the pressure transmitter to meet most requirements.

Pressure sensor measures the pressure of a fluid or gas and converts it into an electrical signal. This signal can then be used to control or monitor various industrial processes. It consists of a sensing element, such as a diaphragm or bourdon tube. That responds to the pressure of the fluid or gas and a transducer that converts the movement of the sensing element into an electrical signal.

When choosing a pressure sensor, consider the specific requirements of your application. Such as pressure range, type of fluid or gas, accuracy and resolution, operating temperature, and the environment. There are various types of pressure sensors available for different applications.

Pressure sensors are widely used in various industrial, automotive, and medical applications. They play an essential role in monitoring and controlling industrial processes by maintaining the correct pressure levels of fluids and gases, thus ensuring safe and efficient operation.
